Wagyu Factory is preparing to open at 528 34th St., Oakland, CA, according to an article from the San Francisco Business Times. The Oakland restaurant is one of at least nine Bay Area locations planned by Los Angeles-based Chubby Group, which operates Wagyu Factory and several other restaurant concepts.
The Business Times reported that the exact opening timeline for the new restaurants remains unclear beyond the company’s “coming soon” designation. The Oakland location is among the sites for which an affiliated company has also applied for a liquor license.
