A new all-you-can-eat Japanese barbecue concept is moving into one of downtown Bellevue’s most recognizable restaurant spaces. Wagyu House plans to open on Level 2 of Lincoln Square North, taking over the former Din Tai Fung location near Lucky Strike, with beef cuts ranging from American and Australian wagyu up to Japanese A5.
Wagyu House is targeting an opening at the end of 2026, but no specific date, hours, reservation policy, or Bellevue-specific menu pricing has been released. It also remains unclear whether the Bellevue location will carry over design elements seen at other Wagyu House locations elsewhere in the country. For now, Bellevue diners will have to wait for more details as Chubby Group works to bring its first Washington restaurant to life inside one of Lincoln Square’s most storied addresses.
